PROCESSING TIMES:

 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your order will be shipped/dispatched within 48-72 hours of settlement, If in stock ** Please note, business days do NOT include weekends or public holidays.
If goods are unavailable or in the event of a delay from our suppliers/shipping courier, delivery can take longer than suggested. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at sanabrisistersstyle@gmail.com or on the contact page of the website.
 

Shipping & Returns Policy

 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or additionally, packages delayed in transit. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore it is best advised you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. All parcels will be sent to the customer at their own risk and us ‘Sanabri Sisters Style’ are not held accountable for any lost/misplaced or stolen parcels during transit if you choose not to insure. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY:

 
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind/incorrect purchase on any item/s purchased via the online store. However, if returns are in regards to the size of the item/s, due to our error in this case, we will happily exchange the item/s to the appropriate size (Style and product will remain the same) if in stock!
